The human body has a natural way of altering its mechanics to avoid pain when dysfunction is present. This is an incredibly smart move in the short term, but not if you don't eventually correct the dysfunction. Assessing your spinal biomechanics and nervous system function regularly by a chiropractor can help detect and prevent dysfunction throughout.

No one is "too young" or "too old" to start getting adjusted. We see babies just days old to practice members in their 90's! If you have a spine, you can benefit from chiropractic care. Period!

Not at all. It is a common misconception. Although referrals from other healthcare providers are always appreciated, it is not a requirement to see a chiropractor.

No insurance, no problem! We care for everyone regardless of insurance status.

To see is to know! We take spinal digital x-rays to see which areas of your spine are under the most stress. We thoroughly analyze your x-rays, specifically looking for compromised areas that are affecting and preventing optimal health. We need to know exactly where to adjust you and more importantly, where not to adjust you. Depending on the condition of your spine, we will give you the best possible recommendations as to what it will take to begin the correction process. X-rays are also a great tool when it comes to techniques needed to tailor to each individual spine.

Our focus is achieving and maintaining HEALTH as a whole and your bodies innate potential to HEAL. We believe health comes from above, down, inside out; NOT OUTSIDE, IN. We find and correct vertebral subluxations (a misaligned vertebrae interfering with the body's nerve pathways), allowing you to fully function and perform at your absolute best.

Absolutely! Your body undergoes structural and hormonal changes throughout pregnancy. Since the human body is so incredibly smart, it will begin to re modify itself in preparation for your pregnancy journey. The structure of your pelvis and spine begin to change, causing increased pressure in the lumbar spine bringing upon issues such as sciatica, low back pain, constipation/digestion issues, leg cramps, etc.
Relaxin, a hormone produced late in pregnancy, assists in the process. Relaxin basically does what it says; relaxes the body! It will loosen the ligaments surrounding the pelvis that way your pelvis is able to expand during childbirth.
As chiropractors, we ensure that your spine is able to adapt to those changes and prepare you for the birth process. Our main priority is making sure the mother and baby are as healthy as can be and make the delivery as smooth and painless as possible.

Everyone's spine different. Some factors we take into consideration are time, occupation, previous chiropractic care, surgical procedures and most importantly the one factor that acts a common denominator; stress. Whether its physical, chemical or emotional stress it all equally and directly affects your spine. Once we know how your spine is responding to the adjustments, we will have a better idea as to how quickly you will adapt.
