Before opening up The Healing Touch Family Chiropractic, Dr. Adaliz worked in one of the largest family chiropractic practices in the state of Connecticut. While there, she cared for hundreds of patients of all ages and witnessed the amazing healing power of the body.
Dr. Adaliz recognizes that life flows in the human body from above-down-inside-out and that misalignments of the spine, called subluxations, interfere with that process. Her focus is detection and correction of vertebral subluxations, allowing for a greater expression of life.
On her free time, Adaliz enjoys reading, listening to country music, stargazing, kickboxing and hanging out with her trusty sidekick pup, Kairo!
